COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS

We are a kiwi family owned and operated business and we are taking Covid 19 very seriously and the health and safety of our guests and staff is our number one concern.

Please wear a face mask and scan in in the reception upon arrival.

Covid Protection Framework  — ORANGE SETTING —  

In order to operate safely, we have implemented the following:

*Maintain social distancing at all times (minimum 2 metres between people), this includes other guests and staff members.

*Masks to be worn by guests in at shared spaces around the park.

* Signs are placed around the park, encouraging good hygiene practices for all guests including regular good handwashing (20 seconds) and good cough and sneeze etiquette.

*Staff have increased our cleaning regime by regularly sanitising ‘high touch’ area’s. These include door handles, benches, chair arms, toilet buttons, and taps.

Our staff are implementing:

*Regular good handwashing (20 seconds)
*Use Hand sanitiser
*Wear gloves
*Wearing masks (when required)
*Staggered shifts and break times

Winter Special Policy:

Valid: 1st May2022 – 30th September 2022

T & C’s apply:

Two night minimum still apply to long weekends and special events.

No additional discounts or membership cards can be used in conjunction with this winter special.

Bookings made (at these rates) cannot be transferred to a later period outside the Winter Special date range of 9th April 2021 – 30th September 2021

Payment Policy

Reservations confirmed only on receipt of deposit of one nights accommodation at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival.  We do not accept American Express.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations confirmed only on receipt of deposit of one nights accommodation within 3 days of booking by internet bank deposit, cash, visa or MasterCard.

A $20 administration & cancellation fee will be deducted from ALL deposits refunded due to cancellations.

Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with 3 days notice (less the $20 fee).
Deposit is not refundable if cancelled within 3 days of your arrival date.

Booking deposits are non transferable.
Please note we require full payment on arrival.

A 2 night minimum stay and non refundable/non transferable deposit is applied over special events and stat days, please refer to the cancellation policy applied at time of your booking.

This cancellation policy does not apply to group bookings – refer to your individual quote/booking information you would have been sent.
This cancellation policy does not apply to third party/agent bookings. Please refer to the cancellation policy of the third party/agent you have booked through. 

Six60 Concert

11th – 13th March 2022

Two night minimum stay. A deposit of the first nights accommodation is requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation. All bookings require a deposit.
All deposits are non refundable and not transferable.

Two Night Minimum Stay Policy

Over high demand periods, such as stat holidays, concerts, and major events hosted in our city, there is a 2 night minimum policy applied to accommodation. Over these periods, a non refundable and non transferable deposit is requested.

Child Policy

Children are aged 15 years and under. Under two year olds are free if a Portacot is supplied by the guest. Portacots can be hired at a cost of $6 per night. All guests 17 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18).

Pet Policy

Pet Friendly – Pets are allowed by arrangement only and with the following conditions. Animals are STRICTLY NOT allowed in any buildings or rooms at the holiday park. Pets must sleep in your car or doggy trailer! Please ensure your animals are supervised at all times. If walking animals (eg:dogs) please ensure they are on a lead. Keep noise to a minimum. Please clean up any ‘messes’ your pet makes. Please follow these rules as they are in place for everyone’s enjoyment during their stay here. If rules are not adhered to pet owners will be asked to leave the park. No refunds! Thank you.

Long Term Stays 

We do not accommodate long term or permanent stays.  Please contact reception directly for bookings longer than 10 days.
