COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS

Level 2 policy

All park facilities are open.

All accommodation can be booked from Thursday 14th May 2020.

The reception is open from 9am – 6pm and guest can now check in at reception. 

*Maintain social distancing at all times (minimum 2 metres between people), this includes other guests and staff members.

* Signs are placed around the park, encouraging good hygiene practices for all guests including regular good handwashing (20 seconds) and good cough and sneeze etiquette.

*Contact Tracing – Maintain email and/or phone contact details of all guests, staff and suppliers who come on site. This is essential and not negotiable.

Level 3 policy

In order to operate safely, we have implemented the following:

Essentially all guests will remain in their ‘own bubble’. All staff will also remain in their ‘own bubble’.

*Maintain social distancing at all times (minimum 2 metres between people), this includes other guests and staff members.

* Signs are placed around the park, encouraging good hygiene practices for all guests including regular good handwashing (20 seconds) and good cough and sneeze etiquette.

*Guests can only to book units that are self contained, or have a self contained vehicle.

*All communal area’s in the park will remain closed over level 3. The main facility blocks (with kitchens, bathrooms, TV lounge and guest laundry) will remain closed.  The childrens playground and BBQ areas are closed.

*All units will have a stand down period of 72 hours between each guest. This is best practice to eliminate any chance of any ‘potential’ virus remaining on surfaces.

*Staff are increasing our cleaning regime by regularly sanitising ‘high touch’ area’s. These include door handles, benches, chair arms, toilet buttons, and taps.

Our staff are implementing:

*Regular good handwashing (20 seconds)
*Use Hand sanitiser
*Wear gloves
*Wearing masks (when required)
*Staggered shifts and break times

*Our reception is non contact:

-Bookings are to be made online or over the phone. Payment is made prior to arrival.

-Guests receive an envelope at reception with full instructions for non contact check in.

-Staff are onsite and can be contacted via a intercom at reception.

Level 4 policy

Dunedin Holiday Park will be completely closed over level 4.

 

 Winter Special Policy:

Valid: 22nd March 2020 – 31st July 2020

T & C’s apply:
Bookings must be made on or after the 22/03/20 to receive this rate. 

Two night minimum still apply to long weekends over Easter, Queens Birthday and All Blacks Test.

No additional discounts or membership cards can be used in conjunction with this winter special.

Bookings made (at these rates) cannot be transferred to a later period outside the Winter Special date range of 22nd March 2020 – 31st July 2020.

Payment Policy

Reservations confirmed only on receipt of deposit of one nights accommodation at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival. Payment by cheque is not available for payments on arrival. If you wish to pay the balance by cheque, we need to receive this 2 weeks prior to your arrival. We do not accept American Express.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy, applies per room/site. A $20 administration & cancellation fee will be deducted from ALL deposits refunded due to cancellations. Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with 3 days notice (less the standard $20 fee). Deposit is not refundable if cancelled within 3 days of your arrival date. Please note we require full payment on arrival.
For group cancellation policy, please refer to cancellation policy as per your individual quote/booking information you would have been sent.

  GREEN DAY, WEEZER, FALL OUT BOY & Rod Stewart CONCERTS & ALL BLACKS RUGBY TEST

17th – 19th July 2020 and 10th -12th November 2020 and 19th – 21st November 2020.

Two night minimum stay. A deposit of the first nights accommodation is requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation. All bookings require a deposit.
All deposits are non refundable and not transferable.

Deposit is first nights accommodation. 
Please ensure you understand this cancellation policy, as it is non negiotable.

Two Night Minimum Stay Policy

Over high demand periods, such as stat holidays, concerts, and major events hosted in our city, there is a 2 night minimum policy applied to accommodation. Over these periods, a non refundable and non transferrable deposit is requested.

Child Policy

Children are aged 15 years and under. Under two year olds are free if a Portacot is supplied by the guest. Portacots can be hired at a cost of $6 per night. All guests 17 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18).

Pet Policy

Pet Friendly – Pets are allowed by arrangement only and with the following conditions. Animals are STRICTLY NOT allowed in any buildings or rooms at the holiday park. Pets must sleep in your car or doggy trailer! Please ensure your animals are supervised at all times. If walking animals (eg:dogs) please ensure they are on a lead. Keep noise to a minimum. Please clean up any ‘messes’ your pet makes. Please follow these rules as they are in place for everyone’s enjoyment during their stay here. If rules are not adhered to pet owners will be asked to leave the park. No refunds! Thank you.

Long Term Stays 

We do not accommodate long term or permanent stays.  Please contact reception directly for bookings longer than 10 days.
