Tidy clean ablution blocks with hot showers at no extra charge (Solar Heated with Gas top up) and hairdryers. Our ablutions offer disabled facilities.

Relax in our cosy TV lounge complete with sofas and enjoy SKY television. You will also find a selection of books and magazines available in our book exchange for you to use whilst staying with us.
Guest Laundry
Our laundry is equipped with washing machines, dryers, iron & ironing board – coin operated ($3 for a washing machine, $4 for dryer).
Outdoor BBQ and Entertaining Area
Relax and enjoy a holiday barbeque. We have three electric BBQs avaliable for use – token operated.

We offer FREE UNLIMITED WIFI to all of our guests – this is a complimentary service.
Children’s Playground
A trampoline, swings and other various play equipment located in the centre of the park will keep the younger members of your party occupied. We also have large grass areas – excellent for the kids to run around.

Located in the kitchen you will find a huge information map and brochures with 50+ things to see and do in Dunedin (some of these are listed under the Attractions tab). Our friendly staff are avaliable to offer information and assist with booking some of the many local tours and attractions.
